GiftRec Auto Bank Reconciliation
 

The GiftWorks Auto Bank Reconciliation module allows customers to import their bank statement file and automatically redeem certificates that have been presented to the bank, saving you time and costly human error.
 

Overview
The software module will check each gift certificate presented from the bank against each one that is issued checking the amount and the serial number. Once checked the software will mark the correct vouchers with a redeemed date and a status of redeemed, all those that don�t match are recorded into a database and exemption reports are created. The system will keep a record of passed exemption reports in case you need to go back and check previous history.
